Nancy Kay Moran, 74, of Bethlehem, died from a sudden and brief illness in her home on May 10, 2022. Born in Carbondale, she was a daughter of the late Howard and Elizabeth Connor Wadsworth. She was the wife of Robert “Robby” Thomas Moran Jr. for forty-five years.
She was first a cashier at the First National Bank of Jermyn, now Community Bank, NA. She was employed at various banks until she retired. She then worked in the finance department of ArtsQuest.
She was a civic volunteer in the Bethlehem arts and cultural community, including Musikfest, which she helped build and popularize over thirty-nine years of service, and Christkindlmarkt.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Carbondale and then of the First Presbyterian Church of Bethlehem.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a brother, Grant Wadsworth; two brothers-in-law, Larry and Barry Moran and their wives; five nieces and nephews; extended family; and friends.
