Joseph L. Sadrovitz, 90, of Cape Coral, Fla., formerly of Emmaus, died May 12, 2022, in La Colonia l senior care. He was the husband of the late Evelyn M. (Frey) Sadrovitz. Born in Zionsville, he was the son of the late Victor and Angela (Hauser) Sadrovitz.

He worked for Mack Trucks for 23 years, retiring in 1991.

He was a member of St. Paul’s U.C.C., Trexlertown.

He was a member of the Emmaus Fire Department, Emmaus Ambulance Corps, Emmaus Fire Company #3 from 1955 to 1980 and was fire police captain in Macungie for 15 years.

He is survived by his son, David M. and his wife, Brenda, of Cape Coral, Fla.; grandchildren, Matthew D. and his wife, Stephanie and Melissa L., and her husband, Robert McIver; great-grandchildren, Brinley, Kennedy, Alanna and Connor. He was predeceased by brothers, Walter “Ishky,” Frederick, Frank, Victor and William.
