FHS pair named to first team

Freedom’s boys’ lacrosse team had three members of the program named to the East Penn Conference all-star list last week.

The Pates had two players make the first-team list, as senior Connor Bevan and junior Alex Hume earned top nods.

Sophomore Jared Karabinus also was named to the second team, along with a pair from Liberty, as seniors Carson Vella and Brennan McKeown were named to the second-team as well.

Central Catholic senior defender Chuck Kuczynski was named league MVP. Central led the charge with four all-stars making the first-team.
