Arlene M. Troxell, 96, of Somerset, Ky., formerly of Seisholtzville, died May 13, 2022, in Somerset, Ky. She was the wife of the late Irwin Troxell. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late William E. and Matilda C. (Bauman) Shive.

She graduated from Emmaus High School, Class of 1943.

She was an assembler at Allen Organ Co. for 35 years until retiring.

She was a member of St. Peter’s Union Church, Macungie.

She was an active volunteer in the ladies auxiliary at the Seisholtzville Fire Company.

She loved playing bingo, cards and going on bus trips with her friends.

She is survived by a daughter, Mary Lou and her husband, Fred Rossetti, with whom she resided; Rossetti children and grandchildren; grandsons, Charles R. Snyder III and his wife, Laura and Casey R. Snyder; one great-granddaughter. She was predeceased by siblings, William Shive Jr. and Althea Reinhard.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. May 19 at St. Peter’s Union Church, 7863 St. Peter’s Road, Macungie. A viewing will be held 10 to 11 a.m. May 19 in the church.
