Aggravated assault
William Vernell Mullins Jr., 26, of Allentown, was charged April 16 with alleged aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment following an incident in the 1200 block of East Emmaus Avenue, according to Salisbury police. Mullins was transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.
Simple assault
Jacqueline Barket, 33, of Nazareth, was charged April 17 with alleged simple assault and harassment following an incident in the 1300 block of Marlow Street, according to Salisbury police. Barket was transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.
DUI
A 33-year-old male, of Allentown, was charged April 16 with allegedly driving under the influence and several traffic offenses following a traffic stop at Exit 55 on Interstate 78, according to Salisbury police. The male was transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.
Lupita S. Knerr, 49, of Whitehall, was charged April 13 with allegedly driving under the influence and careless driving following a motor vehicle accident in the area of East Susquehanna and South Halstead streets, according to Salisbury police. Knerr was transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.
Theft
A 34-year-old female, of Allentown, was charged April 13 with alleged theft by unlawful taking or disposition and receiving stolen property following an incident at SmileKrafters dental office, 1427 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., according to Salisbury police.
Forgery
A 44-year-old female, of North Lauderdale, Fla., was charged April 21 with alleged forgery, access device fraud and identity theft, following a mutual investigation with the City of Bethlehem Police Department, according to Salisbury police. The female allegedly possessed a blank check belonging to another person, then forged the check to represent herself as the check owner. A warrant was issued.
Possession
A 17-year-old-female was referred to the community justice panel for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident at Salisbury Township High School, 500 E. Montgomery St., April 21, according to Salisbury police.

Theft from vehicle
A license plate was removed from a vehicle while it was parked in the 1700 block of Riverside Drive, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported April 20.
A pair of Apple AirPods and a laptop were removed from a vehicle while it was parked in the 2000 block of Woodside Court, according to Salisbury police. The laptop was found nearby. The incident was reported April 12 and remains under investigation.

Criminal mischief
Two vehicle tires were punctured, a soft top was slashed and a vehicle was scratched multiple times while it was parked in the 1200 block of Maumee Avenue, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported April 11 and remains under investigation.
A vehicle was entered and items were tossed around inside while it was parked in the 2200 block of Cypress Avenue, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported April 12 and remains under investigation.
Damage to a bathroom stall at Laubach Park was reported April 18, according to Salisbury police.
Theft
A resident of the 1500 block of Jeter Avenue discovered $18,000 was removed from a bank account over the past month, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported to police April 12 and the bank was notified.
Scam
A resident of the 2900 block of Saucon Avenue was scammed out of $1,400 in the sale of furniture set, according to Salisbury police. The resident was paid by check and sent the money to the “movers” and sometime later realized the check sent as payment was fraudulent, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported April 17 and remains under investigation.
Suspicious act
A resident of the township heard a “thump” and later discovered what appeared to be a bullet hole in a window frame, according to Salisbury police. No bullet or fragments were found. The incident was reported April 17 and remains under investigation.
