Simple assault

An 18-year-old male, of Emmaus, was arrested April 17 for alleged simple assault, according to Emmaus police.

DUI

Jake Alexander Fritzinger, 29, of Emmaus, was arrested March 26 for allegedly driving under the influence and periods for required lighting at Sixth and Chestnut streets, according to Emmaus police. He was transported to Lehigh County DUI Center.

Paul Russel Owens, 40, of Schnecksville, was arrested March 26 for allegedly driving under the influence and driving on the right side of roadway in the 600 block of Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police. He was transported to Lehigh County DUI Center.

Jonathan Tyler Lynn, 22, of Allentown, was arrested March 29 for allegedly driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license at South Fourth and Chestnut streets, according to Emmaus police. He was transported to Lehigh County DUI Center.

Terroristic threats

Chad David Lehman, 33, of Hamburg, was arrested for alleged terroristic threats, criminal trespass, criminal mischief and harassment after an incident April 20 in the 1300 block of Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police. He was transported to Lehigh County Booking Center.

Theft from vehicle

A catalytic converter, valued at $1,000, was removed from a vehicle parked at Kelly Mitsubishi, 536 State Ave., according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported April 14.

A catalytic converter, valued at $1,500, was removed from a vehicle parked at American Millwork and Cabinetry, 840 Broad St., according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported April 18.

Two catalytic converters, with a total value of $2,000, were removed from two vehicles while parked at Budget Truck Rental, 126 State Ave., according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported April 19.

Driving while operating privileges are suspended

Nathaniel Tilahun, 25, of Emmaus, was arrested April 9 for allegedly driving with a suspended license and failure to use a turn signal at North and Harrison streets, according to Emmaus police.

Disorderly conduct

A 14-year-old female, of Macungie, was cited for alleged disorderly conduct April 8 following an incident at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.

A 17-year-old male, of Macungie was arrested April 11 for alleged disorderly conduct and harassment following an incident at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.

Criminal mischief

The rear window of a vehicle was broken while it was parked in the 500 block of Macungie Avenue, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported April 11.

Tires on two vehicles were slashed, resulting in damage totaling $540, while the vehicles were parked in the unit block of South Second Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported April 19.

Six windows, valued at $1,200, were broken at the Knauss Homestead Farmhouse, 152 E. Main St., according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported April 24.
