Due to last weekend’s weather, East Allen Township rescheduled the kickoff of its food truck Fridays and farmers market for May 13.

This combined event will run 3:30-6:30 p.m. every Friday at Bicentennial Park West, just off Colony Drive.

Interested farmers and market and food truck vendors should contact Chuck Frantz at 610-262-7961, ext. 305, or recreation@eatwp.org.

There is a fee to participate, and proof of insurance is required.

Lappawinzo Fish and Game Association will hold Wine Under the Willows 11 a.m.-5 p.m. May 14 on the grounds of the club, 25 Lappawinzo Road, Allen Township. It will be held rain or shine.

The event features wine tastings, craft and vendor displays, food and wine pairings and a deejay.

There is a registration fee for the wine tastings.

The first 200 attendees will receive a complimentary glass.

Those planning to attend are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or blanket.
