The pre-Mother’s Day egg hunt for Whitehall residents, set for May 7, has been canceled due to anticipated inclement weather.

The Lady PEEPS of St. John’s will hold its next meeting 6:30 p.m. May 17 in Fox Hall.

The ladies will enjoy an evening together at St. John’s version of the Kentucky Derby, so put on your best hat and join in for an evening of fun, games and laughter.

St. John’s will be hosting a basket social and bake sale 9 a.m.-noon May 21 in the church pavilion.

Tickets will be drawn noon. You need not be present to win.
