Catasauqua police responded to these and other calls recently.
APRIL 18
Traffic violations occurred at Second and Church streets, with the registration seized, two citations issued and the vehicle towed, and in the 500 block of Front Street, with a written warning given.
In the 100 block of Front Street, officers conducted a welfare check. A dispute between family took place.
APRIL 19
Police conducted a welfare check in the 100 block of Front Street.
Traffic violations occurred at Second Avenue and Pine streets, Whitehall, with a verbal warning given; in the 1000 block of Sixth Street, North Catasauqua, with a citation issued; and at Third and Bridge streets, with the operator arrested on a warrant and a citation to be filed.
A disturbance involving a civil matter in the 700 block of Second Street was investigated.
Officers assisted a citizen in the 200 block of Church Street.
APRIL 20
At Railroad and Strawberry streets, a traffic violation took place. The driver was cited.
Police assisted North Catasauqua officers in the 700 block of Locust Street and at Chapel and Currant streets and a citizen in the unit block of Second Street.
A hit and run took place in the 300 block of Race Street. A pedestrian was struck.
APRIL 21
During a vehicle stop for a traffic ordinance violation in the 300 block of Pine Street, citations were issued.
Disturbances occurred in the 500 block of Race Street and at Catasauqua Middle School, 850 Pine St., over property.
Police investigated an identity theft case - four bank accounts opened - in the 500 block of Pine Street.
Officers assisted North Catasauqua police in the 1500 block of Lincoln Street and the 1000 block of Fourth Street and Lehigh Valley International Airport police at the airport, 3311 Airport Road, Hanover Township.
APRIL 22
An animal complaint - dog at large - in the 500 block of Poplar Street was filed with the department. The owner was found.
Christian Rivera, 26, of Catasauqua, was arrested in the 300 block of Race Street for simple assault and harassment during an investigation for a domestic disturbance. A warrant was also requested, according to the report.
A hit and run took place in the unit block of West Race Street.
At American and Mulberry streets, a disturbance had police at the scene.
APRIL 23
A noise complaint in the 200 block of Second Street was filed with the department.
Traffic citations are pending in a traffic enforcement case at 547 Front St.
A complaint of unwanted people at 429 Race St. was reported to the department.
In the 200 block of Circle Drive, an animal complaint had police at the scene.
A report of fireworks at Faith Drive and Poplar Street was addressed.
APRIL 24
Officers assisted North Catasauqua police in the 1100 block of Second Street.
A loose dog in the unit block of Second Street has police in the area.
A 39-year-old female, of Catasauqua, was arrested at Second and Willow streets for a suspected DUI. Charges are pending.
