Elizabeth A. (Brey) Ampietro, 94, of Fountain Hill, died peacefully April 25, 2022. Born in Packerton, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Edith (Mertz) Brey. She was the wife of the late Dominic J. “Nick” Ampietro for 64 years.

She was an active volunteer for the Fountain Hill Playground and with St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, baking countless pies for the Bach festival. She participated in many valley bridge clubs.

She is survived by two sons, Nick and his wife Patty, and their son Nicolas of Salisbury Township and Dan and his wife Virginia of Montrose, Colorado; and two brothers, Edward Brey and his wife Althea of Fountain Hill and Harry Brey and his wife Nancy of Davenport, Florida.
