Congratulations to our Scholastic Scrimmage team for the outstanding showing at the Phillipsburg High School competition - including a first place win for Anna Edwards, Cooper Mello, Toby Broun and Hunter Ramsey. Our scrimmage team then competed at the Regional Competition at the Carbon-Lehigh Intermediate Unit in Schnecksville.
The team was top seed in the semifinal, but did not advance to the finals. Kudos to Cooper Mello, Hunter Ramsey, Anna Edwards and Tobias Broun on an outstanding season.
Congratulations to all of our partner school Academic Bowl competitors. St. Michael the Archangel came in first place and Good Shepherd placed second. Great job by the St. Joseph the Worker and St. Thomas More teams as well. It was wonderful to bring back the event after a two-year hiatus.
Our Vikings and Vikettes spent the day at the Blessed Sarnelli Community soup kitchen in Kensington March 30. Students raked and mulched the yard, organized the donated clothes, cooked and served lunch, handed out socks and attended Mass.
