Civil War Roundtable of Eastern PA will present “Vivandieres,” at 7:15 p.m. May 3 meeting at Delta Hotels by Marriot (former Holiday Inn), 7736 Adrienne Drive, Breinigsville.

Historian Jane Peters Estes will share the story of the forgotten women of the Civil War who joined with the ranks of Union regiments at the outset of the war to provide medical care for wounded soldiers on the battlefield.
