Taking a page out of the Halloween “Trunk or Treating” handbook, Upper Macungie Township held a “Bunny Hop Trunk Hunt” April 9 at Grange Park.
Rather than hunt for Easter eggs in a lawn or field, the Bunny Hop Trunk Hunt had vendors, public institutions and private citizens handing out candy and treats as families with children traveled through the event.
State Rep. Gary Day, R-187th, sponsored the event.
