The Easter Beagle Returns.
Yes, if you have a great fondness for the artistry of Charles Schultz … or just a great memory …you will recognize this Easter’s heartwarming display as coming from the amazing archives of a decade of charming displays we have all anticipated and enjoyed at “The Ten Trees” property of the creative duo of Phil Rossetto and Greg Snider along Route 100, just north of the Lowhill Township Building.
Yes, Easter 2022 was displayed once before, except this time around, Woodstock was added atop the Easter Beagle’s tummy.
“Snoopy is always an easy inspiration for any holiday display because Charles Schultz was a master in incorporating his ever-representational canine into lovable and memorable seasonal events,” Rossetto said.
Rossetto and Snider also enhanced the display with the multi-colored “fairy” light string around the circumference of Snoopy’s egg this year.
They are also delighted all of the eggs, which are made of flat painted masonite board, after exposure to the sometimes brutal March-April weather, have actually pleasantly taken on a curved shape to give an even more realistic appearance to the eggs all so brilliantly painted in the lovely colors of spring.
