Dennis R. Garber, 72, of Fayette, Ala., formerly of Center Vallley, died April 15, 2022, at DCH Regional Medical Center, Fayette, Ala. He was the loving husband of Janice D. (Hamm) Garber. Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Ralph and Gladys (Young) Garber.

He was a 1967 graduate of Southern Lehigh High School, Center Valley and a 1971 graduate of Kutztown State College, Kutztown.

He was a Vietnam veteran, having served in the U.S. Air Force.

He was employed as a production manager for the Dal-Tile Co. in Fayette, Ala.

He attended Bethlehem Methodist Church, Fayette, Ala.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughters, Kristin (Jason) Woodruff and Stephanie, both of Fayette, Ala; a grandson, Jason Craig Woodruff. He was predeceased by a son, Craig and a brother, David.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. April 21 in the Robert S. Nester Funeral Home, 8405 Kings Highway, New Tripoli, with a calling hour to begin 10 a.m.
