A paper shredding event is planned for 10 a.m.-noon April 30 in the parking lot of Northampton Banquet and Event Center, 1601 Laubach Ave.

It is sponsored by state Rep. Zach Mako, R-183rd.

The Northampton Farmers Market will kick off its 2022 season 3-6:30 p.m. May 3.

It will continue every Tuesday through September at Municipal Park, Smith Lane and Laubach Avenue.
