David L. VanEmburg, 75, of Whitehall, died April 13, 2022, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. He was the husband of Mary Michele (Turi) VanEmburg for 42 years.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Luther H. and Mildred (VanSyckle) VanEmburg.

He was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Allentown.

He was an avid skier who served on the National Ski Patrol.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by three children, Elizabeth A. Spinazzola of Dallas, Texas, Lucas D. of West Chester and Benjamin T. Walker with Jennifer of Pottstown; and two sisters, Kay D. Herbold of Walnutport and LuAnn Persing of Allentown.
