Phillip Jay “Toby” Bell, 67, of Orefield, died unexpectedly, April 5, 2022, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenberg, Bethlehem. He was the husband of Karen (Hak) Bell for 36 years.

Born in Chillicothe, Ohio, he was the son of the late James and Patricia (Riggs) Bell.

He and his wife owned Professional Claims Service, Allentown, since 1994. He served on the board of directors for Saucon Insurance Company since 1998.

He loved laughing and joking with family, friends and colleagues above all things. He was well loved and will be dearly missed.

He is survived by his wife; a son, Adam, of Langhorne; beloved dog, Lily. He was predeceased by a daughter, Lauren and a sister, Lisa Paige.
