Howard L. Kutzler, 57, of Bethlehem, died April 3, 2022, in the St. Luke’s Hospital-Anderson campus after a battle with cancer. He was the husband of Eileen P. (Hook) Kutzler for 33 years.
He was the son of Judy and Gene Kutzler of Northampton.
He was a graduate of Northampton High School and West Virginia University.
He was employed as a land development manager for Jaindl Land Development Company for the last five years and served as the township manager for both Bethlehem and South Whitehall townships.
He attended First Baptist Church, Allentown.
He served as an EMT for Northampton Regional Emergency Medical Services since 1983. He was a volunteer for the Red Cross and served on various municipal boards.
In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by a son, Andrew P. of Bethlehem; a daughter, Heather L. and her fiance Jared W. Turnbull of Berlin, Conn.; a brother, Paul and his wife Doreen of Robesonia; a sister, Kim and her husband Kevin Milnes of Northampton; aunts; uncles; nieces; and nephews.
