Mickey Roma, of Whitehall, arrives early April 2 - opening day of trout fishing season - to claim his lucky spot along Jordan Creek in the Whitehall Parkway. The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission stocked about 3.2 million adult trout in 700-some streams and more than 100 lakes.
