Nancy L. Bechtel, 88, of Whitehall, died March 26, 2022, in Phoebe Allentown Health Care Center. She was the wife of Robert Q.C. Bechtel for 59 years.

Born in Emmaus, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Helen (Brey) Keller.

She worked at Spencer Gifts in the Whitehall and Lehigh Valley malls for 26 years. After she retired from Spencer Gifts, she worked at Kohl’s Department Store, Whitehall, for 15 years.

She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Coplay. She helped at the church with monthly dinners and the church newsletter.

She is survived by a brother, Charles L. Keller and his wife Allene of Salt Lake City, Utah; a sister, Rebecca Spieker of North Catasauqua; a son, Robert Q.C. Jr. and his wife Debra; nieces; and nephews.

She predeceased by a daughter, Pamela L. Morgan; a sister, Joyce Musselman and her husband Reuel; and a brother-in-law, the Rev. George F. Spieker.

There will be a calling time 9 a.m., followed by funeral services 10 a.m., March 31 at the funeral home, 444 Pershing Blvd., Whitehall.
