Edward W. Zuber, 69, of Easton, died March 24, 2022, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenberg Campus. Born in Allentown, he was a son of Doris L. (Schick) Zuber of Bethlehem and the late Richard F. Zuber.

He was, for many years, a truck driver. He was previously a co-owner of Hawk Flour Mills.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by a son, Jason R. of Easton; a brother, Richard and his wife Rose of Bethlehem; and two sisters, Dorrie and her husband Kenneth Koch of Andreas and Patricia Fleming of Arizona.

There will be a private Celebration of Life.
