Missing Pennsylvania boy may be traveling to New York City

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and the Lancaster City Police Department need help to find a missing boy.

Amari Poole, 12, disappeared from his home in Lancaster Feb. 11.

At that time local police had information the boy may have traveled to or was attempting to get to New York City.

Updated information indicates the boy was seen in Lancaster as recently as March 1.

Amari Poole is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing 150 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.

Anyone with information about Amari Poole is asked to contact the Lancaster City Police Department at 1-717-664-1180 or the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children at 1-800-THE-LOST (1-800-843-5678).
