GRANT WORKSHOP by the Northampton County Department of Community and Economic Development. Instructional workshop for municipalities and nonprofits on applying for DCED grants on Zoom from 9 to 10:30 a.m. on March 30.
DCED grant programs include Community Development Block Grants, Hotel Tax for Tourism, 2022 Grow NORCO and Emergency Medical Services.

SMALL BUSINESS GRANT DEADLINE to apply for a small business grant to be used for rent, payroll and other operating expenses is March 31. To be considered, grant applications (maximum $15,000 per business) must be completed at the time of submission. County Council has approximately $330,000 still available for disbursement of the funds from the American Rescue Plan of 2021. To qualify, a business must be located in Northampton County and have fewer than 100 employees. Eligible businesses include those who received 2020 CARES Act funding through the Northampton County COVID-19 Relief Small Business Grant program. BETHLEHEM TOWNSHIP TAXES: Earned Income Tax: Keystone Collections Group collects your E.I. T. You may choose to file online at www.KeystoneCollects.com. For the tax support line, call 888-328-0565.
They receive calls from residents who are concerned about postal delays and receiving timely credit for their payments. Postmark dates are honored for timely credit. Also, Keystone retrieves items placed in the municipal drop box on a daily basis, and taxpayers will receive same day credit.
Real Estate Tax Payment options: Pay directly at municipal office, by mail or drop box (in front of municipal office main entrance) Online Bill Pay Service for Real Estate Tax Bills: links are provided on the www.bethlehemtownship.org site - payment section. No fee for EFT payments via checking/savings accounts. There is a “convenience fee” of 2.95 percent for credit card payments. This new online tax payment option operates on a “Pay Now” basis. No registration necessary.
Real Estate Tax Bills: Payable to Bethlehem Township
All billings are sent to the property owner. Discount, Base and Penalty Due Dates and Amounts are printed on all bills. 2022 tax millage rate – 7.74 mills (7.59 general purpose mills plus 0.15 fire tax mills). Unpaid bills sent for delinquent tax collection as of Jan. 1 each year. Tax bills are mailed out by Feb. 1 each calendar year. Contact the Finance Dept. if you have not received an annual tax bill.
