NORTHAMPTON COUNTY

COUNTY PRISON: The Director of Corrections reports that, as of March 14 there are no cases of COVID-19 among inmates and employees at Northampton County Prison. The last positive result reported at the facility was over a month ago Feb. 4. The Work Release Program will restart this week. It was suspended Jan. 10 due to the surge of cases caused by the Omicron variant.

Since the start of the pandemic, 434 inmates have tested positive; all have finished their quarantine periods or are no longer at NCP.
