Members of the Grundsau Lodsch Nu. 16 Am Yahden (Groundhog Lodge 16 on the Jordan) gathered together for their annual banquet and to celebrate their 50th Anniversary.
This year’s event was held March 3 at Community Fire Co. No. 1, Schnecksville.
Several hundred members and guests of the local Grundsau Lodges enjoyed a typical Pennsylvania German menu, including pork, mashed potato filling, sausages and vegetables.
Hauptmann Dave Adam, Orefield, was the Master of Ceremonies.

The Rev. Dr. David Smith, Jordan United Church of Christ, opened the Grundsau Lodsch Nu. 16 Am Yahden (Groundhog Lodge 16 on the Jordan) annual banquet with a prayer.
