DUI

Jeffrey William Kloosterman, 45, of Allentown, was charged Feb. 5 with suspicion of DUI and alleged traffic offenses following a motor vehicle accident in the area of South 24th street and Lehigh Parkway North, according to Salisbury police. He was transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.

Drug possession

Matthew K. French, 45, of Delaware, was charged Feb. 8 with alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana following an incident at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest campus, according to Salisbury police. He was transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.

Access device fraud

A 26-year-old male, of Allentown, was charged Feb. 7 with alleged access device fraud, forgery, theft by deception and criminal use of a communications facility following an investigation of an incident at the South Mall Mercantile, 3300 Lehigh St., according to Salisbury police.

Theft from vehicle

Ethan Isaiah Barnes, 26, currently homeless, was charged Feb. 7 with alleged theft from a motor vehicle and criminal trespass following an incident at Porsche of the Lehigh Valley, 3401 Lehigh St., according to Salisbury police. Barnes was transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.

A catalytic converter was removed from a vehicle while it was parked in the 1600 block of Broadway, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Jan. 30 and remains under investigation.

Harassment

A 22-year-old male, of Allentown, was charged Feb. 9 with alleged harassment and traffic offenses following an incident in the 2700 block of Honeysuckle Road, according to Salisbury police.

A 14-year-old female was charged Feb. 3 with alleged harassment following an incident at the Salisbury Township High School, 500 E. Montgomery St., according to Salisbury police.

Fleeing an officer

A 16-year-old-male was charged Feb. 23 with allegedly fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and related traffic offenses following an incident in the 1100 block of Broadway, according to Salisbury police.

Arrest warrants

A 30-year-old male, of Reading, was picked up at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest campus, Jan. 30 on an arrest warrant from the Berks County Sheriff’s Department, according to Salisbury police. He was transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.

A 43-year-old male, of Pottsville, was picked up at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest campus, Feb. 4 on an arrest warrant out of the Schuykill County Sheriff’s Department, according to Salisbury police. He was transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.

Truancy

A 15-year-old-male was charged Feb. 1 with truancy after allegedly having an excessive number of unexcused absences from the Salisbury Township High School, 500 E. Montgomery St., according to Salisbury police.

Theft

A resident of the 800 block of Wayne Avenue learned money was unlawfully removed from their CashApp mobile payment service account, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Feb. 2 and remains under investigation.
