The Ladies Auxiliary of NOVA EMS was once again busy over Presidents Day weekend preparing, baking and selling cherry pies.
The auxiliary took orders for 364 pies this year.
The pies were available for pickup on Feb. 20 and 21.
Due to the supply chain problems, cherry pie filling was hard to find this year, fortunately, Tommy Burke Provisions, of Catasauqua, was able to supply their needs.
