Sheckler Elementary School recently celebrated Read Across America Week. Students participated in a number of ways, including door decorating and having guest readers come to visit.

Clocks will spring forward March 13. Don’t forget to set the clocks one hour ahead before you go to bed Saturday night.

Sheckler Elementary’s read-a-thon is running until April 5.

Sheckler is looking to fill the school principal position. Candidates must be Pennsylvania certified, and the position takes effect July 1.
