The Allen Township dog park is closed temporarily to allow for regeneration of the grass.

Lappawinzo Fish and Game Association, 25 Lappawinzo Road, Allen Township, will resume its monthly breakfasts.

Set for 8-11 a.m. March 20, the next meal is open to the public.

East Allen Township is now taking registrations for its spring soccer season. Boys and girls ages 4 to 15 are eligible.

The spring season runs April 5-June 12.

East Allen Township will kick off its food truck Fridays and farmers market May 6. This combined event will run 3:30-6:30 p.m. every Friday at Bicentennial Park West, just off Colony Drive.

There is a fee to participate, and proof of insurance is required.

East Allen Township is in need of summer camp counselors.

The camp is planned for 8:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. June 13-July 29.

Those interested must be entering their senior year of high school and be able to work seven straight weeks with no time off.
