The Pennsylvania Department of Military and Veterans Affairs Amputee and Paralyzed Veterans Pension Program assists Pennsylvania veterans with the application process to obtain a pension of $150 per month.
To be eligible, the applicant must have served in the military honorably; have been a resident of Pennsylvania upon entering the military; and must have suffered an injury or incurred a disease resulting in the loss or loss of use of two or more extremities (arms/hands or legs/feet) as a result of performance of duties connected with the military service, with a VA rating of 40 percent or more for each extremity.
