Congratulations to Catasauqua High School and Lehigh Career and Technical Institute student Paolo Demaria, who secured a position at the upcoming Skills USA Pennsylvania State Leadership Conference in Hershey.
Paolo placed first in electronics technology at the recent Skills USA District 11 Championships at Agri-Plex in Allentown Feb. 2. The annual competition pitted LCTI students against their peers from Bethlehem Area Vocational-Technical School, Career Institute of Technology, Monroe Career & Technical Institute and Upper Bucks County Technical School in more than 50 contests of skill ranging from advertising design to welding.
Championship award winners were announced during a virtual ceremony Feb. 7.

Congratulations to the following CHS students for being selected for January: Elias Bensing (heating/air conditioning and refrigeration) and Jorry Cene (marketing and business education).
