Criminal mischief

A BB or pellet gun hole was found in a fence in the 300 block of Adrain Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Feb. 4 and damage is estimated at $250.

Disorderly conduct

An 18-year-old male, of Allentown, was arrested Feb. 4 for alleged disorderly conduct following an altercation at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.

Simple assault

Steven Roque Jr., 42, of Emmaus, was arrested Feb. 1 for alleged simple assault, theft, receiving stolen property and harassment in the 100 block of North Fourth Street, according to Emmaus police.

A 19-year-old male, of Emmaus, was arrested Jan. 31 for alleged simple assault and harassment following an incident in the unit block of South 10th Street, according to Emmaus police.

A 16-year-old male, of Macungie, was arrested Feb. 10 for alleged simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct following an incident at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.

Use of tobacco on school property

A 16-year-old male, of Macungie, was arrested Feb. 2 for alleged use of tobacco on school property at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.

DUI

Tiffany Nicole Petzoldt, 27, of Zionsville, was arrested Jan. 31 for allegedly driving under the influence, driving on right side of roadway, driving on sidewalks, careless driving and driving without required license in the 600 block of Broad Street, according to Emmaus police. She was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center.

Possession of drug paraphernalia

A 15-year-old male, of Emmaus, was arrested Jan. 20 for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.

Theft

A red bicycle, valued at $100, was removed from the 100 block of Seem Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Feb. 4.

A cellphone, valued at $1,000, was removed from Wawa convenience store and gas station, 201 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Feb. 7.
