St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 122 Union St., will hold a Lenten dinner March 11 with seatings 4:30-6:30 p.m. Both dine-in or takeout options are available.
This year, volunteers are offering a choice of pan-seared fish or crab patties with a choice of macaroni and cheese, cabbage and noodles or parsley potatoes. You also have a choice of either stewed tomatoes, creamed cabbage or applesauce. Each platter comes with green beans, roll and butter.
Don’t like fish? You can choose to have a generous portion of cabbage and noodles or macaroni and cheese, which also comes with a choice of stewed tomatoes, creamed cabbage or applesauce. These platters also come with green beans, roll and butter.

Holy Trinity Memorial Lutheran Church, 604 Fourth St., is sponsoring a takeout kielbasa and sauerkraut dinner, scheduled for 4-6 p.m. March 19. The menu includes kielbasa, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, applesauce, roll/butter and homemade cookie assortment for dessert.
Cost is by donation only, but tickets are required.
The deadline to order tickets is March 13. For tickets, call 610-440-0073.
Proceeds will benefit the YMCA warming station, which provides shelter, food and a safe place for those experiencing homelessness in our community.
