Steven A. Bernhard, 39, of Macungie, died on Feb. 15, 2022, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.

He was the husband of Diane (Nguyen) Bernhard.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of Jeffrey R. Bernhard (companion, Jessica Treichler) and the late Kathleen A (Popson) Bernhard.

He was a roofer for Whitaker Roofing and Siding Inc., Allentown.

He played baseball and football for LCYA and football for William Allen High School and fast pitch softball for the Dubbs/Presbyterian team.

He also was a member of the Woodlawn Dart League.

In addition to his father and wife, he is survived by a son Steven Jr. (Steven Jr.’s mother, Christina Turocy); sisters Betsy Bockoras and April DeLong; brother Michael Bernhard; and nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
