Carlos Santos Sr., 95, of Allentown, died peacefully Feb. 17, 2022, in St. Luke’s Hospital, Allentown, following the loving care of his granddaughter, Jolene.

He was the husband of the late Dolores R. (Miller) Santos who died in 2004.

Born in Jayuaya, Puerto Rico, he was a son of the late Tito and Clotide (Viruet) Santos.

He was a general laborer for A&B Meats Co., Allentown, for many years,

An avid baseball enthusiast, he enjoyed watching the Philadelphia Phillies, and was a great Chuck Norris fan.

His survivors include daughters Linda Maisonet (Guillermo), Lisa Bortz, and Sandra DeJesus (David), all of Allentown, Lillian Martin (Daniel) of New Ringgold, Carla Stroh of Whitehall, and Gloria Knappenberger (Roger) of Emmaus; son Carlos Jr. of Allentown; 18 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; sister Gloria Figueroa of Jayuaya; brother Jose of Jayuaya; and numerous nieces and nephews.
