Are you looking for a way to give back to the community? Joining an event committee is a perfect place to start.

The Cancer Support Community of the Greater Lehigh Valley needs volunteers.

Special event committees exist to help plan, facilitate and support ongoing fundraisers that benefit programs provided free of charge to the community.

Event committees are:

•Dragon Boat Festival, June 18;

•Wiffle ball Tournament, August:

•Wings of Hope: A Butterfly Release, on Sept. 10; and

•Raffle Committee, ongoing.

Join Strides for Hope. This group of volunteers participate in local walks and runs on behalf of CSCGLV to raise awareness for the organization.

Interested in helping greet visitors and light office tasks?

The Cancer Support Community could always use an extra set of hands for office help.
