Arlene M. Knerr, 91, formerly of Ormrod, died Feb. 19, 2022, in Rittenhouse Village at Lehigh Valley, Allentown.

She was the wife of the late James T. Knerr.

Born April 1, 1930, in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Robert R. and Margaret K. (Neas) Wolf.

She was a caregiver for her late husband and parents for more than 20 years.

A former member of Egypt Community Church, Whitehall, she also was a former treasurer of the NOVA EMS Auxiliary.

Her survivors include a son James R. Knerr and his wife, JoAnn, of Emmaus; daughter Joanne A. Wehr and her husband, Kevin, of Orefield; grandchildren Ryan, Patrick, Nathan, Allison and Matthew; and great-grandchildren Sawyer, Zane, Evelyn and James “JJ.”

She was predeceased by brothers Robert Wolf Jr. and an infant, Kermit.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. March 1 in Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville, with the Rev. Dr. David Charles Smith officiating.

Family and friends may pay their respects 9:30-10:30 a.m. Tuesday in the funeral home.

Interment will follow the service at Egypt Cemetery, Whitehall.
