Renaissance Senior Home residents Joseph Basovsky, 72, and Agnes Holota, 83, are crowned king and queen, respectfully, and presented with valentine-themed gift bags during the senior living facility's annual Valentine's Day gala Feb. 14 at the 1001 Washington Ave., Northampton, site. Holota was born and raised in Northampton then moved to Whitehall. She later worked in the cafeteria at Northampton High School. She has been a resident of the facility for eight years. Basovsky is originally from Coaldale, where he worked in factories his whole life. He came to the facility in October of 2021. Both Holota and Basovsky attend activities every day, enjoying the fun, games and bingo with their friends at Renaissance Senior Home. CONTRIBUTED PHOTO
