The Scholastic book fair is coming to Sheckler Elementary School Feb. 28-March 4.

Students will be able to shop in person during their scheduled library expressive times. Virtual students will have an opportunity to shop in person 12:45-2 p.m. March 4.

Students are encouraged to set up an eWallet as the preferred payment method. To browse the selection, set up an eWallet or place an online order, visit scholastic.com/bf/sheckler.

Sheckler Elementary is looking to fill the school principal position. Candidates must be Pennsylvania certified, and the position takes effect July 1.

The board of education will next meet 7 p.m. March 8 in the conference room of the district administration office, 201 N. 14th St.

CASD will be closed March 11 for an Act 80 day.
