Sally L. Roth, 82, of Salisbury Township, died Feb. 19, 2022, in Phoebe, Allentown. She was the wife of Edward E. Roth. They were married for 58 years last December. Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Paul B. and Lorraine E. (Baker) Esser.

She was a graduate of Allentown High School, Class of 1957 and West Chester University, Class of 1961.

She began her teaching career in the Allentown School District at the Sheridan Elementary School. While raising her family, she co-owned and served as a teacher for TYKE Nursery School, Allentown, for 36 years, retiring in 2005. She was a nursery school teacher for Camp Olympic for over 25 years.

She was a member of The Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit, Emmaus.

She is survived by her husband; sons, Christopher Lee and his wife, Anne, of Bethlehem, Michael Scott, of Raleigh, N.C., Timothy P. and his wife, Jennifer, of Center Valley, Douglas E., of Allentown; grandchildren, Matthew, Michelle and her husband, Nicholas, Emily, Paul, Thomas and Nicholas; great-grandson, Leighton.
