Paul D. Shoff

Paul D. Shoff, 73, of Macungie, died Feb. 16, 2022, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. He and his wife, Cindy K. (Miller) Shoff, would have celebrated 50 years of marriage Oct. 28. Born in Cherryville, he was the son of the late Martin L. and Ruth A. (Debus) Shoff.

He was an Army veteran serving during the Vietnam War.

He retired from the former Emmaus Auto Parts store, where he was a counter salesman for 30 years, retiring in 2011. Previously he was a cook for the former Barney’s Diner.

He was a simple man, loved coffee, sweets and ice cream and would have done anything for anyone. One of his greatest joys in life was watching his grandson, Robert, compete in sporting events and later his great-nephew, Brody. He enjoyed quality time spent with family and friends, routing for his beloved Kansas City Chiefs and Dale Earnhardt.
