John R. Molnar, 55, of Coplay, died Feb. 11, 2022, at home.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of Joan M. (Yost) and the late John J. Molnar.

He was a member of St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, Coplay.

He was a member of the Coplay Saengerbund.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by children, Erin Scheid and her husband Chris, JR and Courtney; two grandchildren, Ty and Maci; a sister, Melissa Pittas and husband Nick; and two nieces; Kristina and Sofia.

Contributions may be made to the church, 4 S. Fifth St., Coplay, 18037; or to Courtney’s educational fund.
