Emmanuel’s Lutheran Church, 3175 Valley View Drive, has Lenten services planned for March 2.

A traditional spoken worship in the sanctuary is 10 a.m.; a traditional service in the sanctuary is 6:30 p.m.; and a contemporary worship in fellowship hall is 7:30 p.m.

The Bath Area Food Bank distributes food the second Tuesday of each month, with the next one being March 8.

Distribution starts around 9:30 a.m.

The food bank is on the lower level of St. John’s Lutheran Church, 206 E. Main St.

At Mountain View Wesleyan Church, 1001 Deemer Road, you can help homeless veterans by weaving mats.

The weaving happens 10 a.m.-9 p.m. the second and fourth Wednesday of the month.

Prepping for weaving is 12:30-3:30 p.m. the first and third Wednesday of the month.
