LV Academy purchases building

Feinberg Real Estate Advisors, LLC represented the Lehigh Valley Academy Regional Charter School (LVA) in its purchase of 2040 Avenue C, a three-story, 210,000-square-foot property in the City of Bethlehem. The property, which was built in 1976 for the Fuller Co headquarters and expanded in 1996 when Fuller Co become part of the FLSmidth group of companies, will be redeveloped for the Lehigh Valley Academy, an IB World School, and will be ready for occupancy for the opening of the 2023-24 school year.
