The tricky tray social at St. John the Baptist Church is set for 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Feb. 19 in the social hall, 3024 S. Ruch St. Winners will be contacted and can pick up their baskets and prizes 2-4 p.m. Feb. 20.

As we continue to go through the snowy, icy days of winter, remember to check on your neighbors. A resident on South Sixth Avenue asked if I knew of any kids or young adults who were interested in helping some older neighbors with removing snow from their driveways and sidewalks.

If you have extra time and energy to help, please do as there are many who would be grateful.

The 56th Super Bowl will be played Feb. 13 in Los Angeles, Calif., with kickoff 6:30 p.m. This year’s game will feature the Los Angeles Rams versus the Cincinnati Bengals.
