Michael R. Procanyn, 77, of Schnecksville, died Feb. 5, 2022, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. He was the husband of Joyce E. (Martin) Procanyn for 25 years.

Born in Northampton, he was the son of the late Michael and Elizabeth (Undush) Procanyn.

He was in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War era.

He was an independent salesman for numerous furniture stores for many years before retiring.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Jared A. Zimmerman with Marcia of Rincon, Ga.; four grandchildren, Taylar, Emma, Jasmine and Peter; a niece, Kelly Beshens; and a nephew, Roger Beshens.

He was predeceased by two siblings, William Procanyn and Marilyn Comstock.
