Thelma A. Livermon

Thelma A. “Sis” Livermon, 90, of Palmerton, formerly of Orefield, died Jan. 27, 2022, surrounded by her loving family in The Palmerton Senior Living Community.

She was the wife of the late John A. “Jay” Livermon III.

Born May 22, 1931, in Baltimore, Md., she was the daughter of the late Louis C. Mueller Sr. and Thelma E. (Oed) Mueller.

She was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother to her family.

A member of Hope Lutheran Church, Cherryville, she formerly assisted with communion and sang with the choir.

Her survivors include children John Allan Livermon (Joyce), Deborah L. Pagotto (Tony), Stephen L. Livermon (Donna), and Pamela R. Rehrig, all of Walnutport, and Teri L. Davis (Russ) of Hannibal, N.Y.; 16 grandchildren; and 32 great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a son-in-law Marty Rehrig; siblings Shirley M. Cyr, Ronald L. and Louis C. Mueller Jr.; and an infant great-granddaughter, Hadley L.A. Spaulding.
