Mary Strouse, 73, of Breinigsville, died on Jan. 25, 2022.
She and her husband, Russell H. Strouse, were married 41 years.
She was born in Brooklyn, N.Y.
A graduate of East Stroudsburg University, she worked in computer technical support for Orefield Cold Storage for 17 years before retiring in 2016. Before that, she worked in computer tech support for Mack Trucks for 22 years.
A lifetime member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Macungie Veterans Association, lifetime member of the Rural Sportsmen Club and member of Breinigsville VFW Post 8282, she enjoyed playing bingo and going to Foxwood Casino.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a stepson Shane Strouse; stepdaughter Nicole Strouse; six step-grandchildren; sisters-in-law Loretta Hager and Arlene Sorvillo; nephews Frank Sorvillo Jr. and wife, Michelle, and Edward Sorvillo and wife, Valerie; niece Debra, wife of Kevin Welsh; and great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was predeceased by brothers Gordon, Harry and Frank.
A celebration of her life will take place at a later date.
