Elaine J. Creitz, 89, of Slatington, formerly of Schnecksville, died on Jan. 28, 2022, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.

She was the wife of the late Elvin O. Creitz Jr.

Born Nov. 10, 1932, in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late George W. and Evelyn M. (Laub) Berreth.

She was a waitress for the former Kings Country Kitchen, Schnecksville, for 10 years before retiring.

She was a member of Union United Church of Christ, Neffs, where she was a member of the Helping Hands.

Her survivors include daughters Vicki L. Lindsay and her husband, Brian, of Slatington, and Lisa A. Werkheiser and her husband, Theodore Jr., of Allentown; son-in-law Arthur H. Zettlemoyer of Bethlehem; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her daughter Nanette Zettlemoyer.

A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Feb. 3 at Union Church Cemetery, Neffs. There will be no public calling hours.
